By submitting an order on this website you are agreeing to theTerms and Conditions that appear below which will apply to any purchase.
- If there is a problem with your order we will e-mail you within 3 working days. If you have a question about your order we are happy to help via the Contact page. Please let us know how we can improve.
- Prices of goods will be as quoted on the website at the time you confirm your order and are inclusive of delivery and applicable VAT.
- Our chocolates are freshly made and packed to your individual order.
- Your order will be dispatched within 4-5 working days to the address specified by you at the time of ordering.
- If you’d like to make a change to your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order via email (mailme.udaan@gmail.com). Please mention your order number while contacting us.
- Please notify us immediately if you have any problems on receipt of your order
